My mother has just passed on. My brother and I found her yesterday morning. And oddly enough, after I cried for about an hour, I now feel completely numb. I think, at the moment, that I'm more upset that I don't feel much then being upset about the actual death. I can remember trying to wake her up with my brother. Her skin was cold and stiff. And she was rigid, as though rigor mortise had begun to set in. She had fallen asleep partially on her stomach, so the blood had settled into her face, leaving it purple with bruises when we managed to turn her over enough to see it. And a god awful rattling wheeze came from her throat. I was terrified

I didn't get to work on my costumes and I didn't have the money to go to Otakon. I actually have several ideas for costumes and one of them might be easier to pull off then the other do to the fact that less work would need to be done. I see a lot of My Little Pony costumes but everything is so tame. So I'm gonna look into doing a Rainbow Factory styled MLP Mane Six. But I'm not giving in on the pokemon one casue my bro wants to go to Otakon but won't dress as a pony. He agreed to a trainer since I can style a hat and make a few removable adjustments to a cheap belt and foam pokeballs he can throw and he has some hoodie vests that he can wear
